Domestic bourses continued to trade in green during the morning trade led by gains in index majors TCS, Infosys and HUL amid firm cues from global peers and sustained foreign fund inflow.
Exchange data showed that foreign institutional investors bought equities worth Rs 351.15 crore on a net basis on Wednesday.
According to traders, early gains were led by buying in IT stocks and positive cues from global markets.
Sustained foreign fund inflow too buoyed market sentiment in morning session, they said.
At 10:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 38435.47 up by 65.84 points or by 0.17 % and then NSE Nifty was at 11351.3 up by 42.9 points or by 0.38 %.
